There is no work without quality. This is why we are committed to obtaining the quality certifications that are fundamental to our business, starting with the internal qualifications of our welding staff in accordance with EN ISO 3834.
Today, C.M.M. is qualified for the construction of structures according to the EN 1090-EXC3 standard.
The quality management system is guaranteed by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
For safety in the workplace, compliance with standards and transparency, C.M.M. has obtained the UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 certification and follows the Organisational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
Quality also means traceability and at C.M.M. we are able to identify and certify every material used to make your product.
Welding is carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with the UNI EN 9006-1 standards and controlled with non-destructive tests.
Heat treatments are carried out in a controlled and certified manner with the relative diagram.
Mechanical processes are accompanied by a protocol of dimensional checks that are compiled and filed.
Dimensional checks: Each stage of the construction work follows precise protocols for dimensional checks, to ensure that the shape, size and geometry of the final product corresponds to what is indicated in the technical drawing.
